Architect-builder, designer-carpenter, ...: We look for all kind of practically skilled people, wether the "architect builder" like Christopher Alexander is describing it, or a "designer-carpenter", "DJ-electrician" or who ever can contribute to the project in practical terms.

Wellness-Hero, DJ-Lawyer, ...: To run the hotel, we do not like to get stuck with the classical role models of guest and host, nor with teacher and apprentice, nor with room-service and cook. Since our own practice is showing us, that the classical model of the one and only job is wether not enough to make a living, or is leading to bore-out or burn-out, we like to mix the job profiles and role models. Why not having the lawyer of the hotel being the DJ? Why not having the apprentice cook being the teaching cook for others?
